We may request additional information prior to accepting an order, including:

  • End-use description
  • Destination country
  • Project or platform details

Restricted Destinations

SparkNavi reserves the right to decline orders or shipments that may conflict with international export control regulations or internal compliance policies.

End-Use Statement

Customers may be required to confirm that SparkNavi products will not be used for:

  • Unlawful military applications
  • Weapons of mass destruction programs
  • Restricted or sanctioned activities

ITAR Notice

SparkNavi products are not ITAR-controlled.
However, customers remain responsible for complying with their local export regulations.
